2. Purpose of the GTCS
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) govern the contractual relationship between ADEGAN'S ARMORY and any user making a purchase from the website www.adegansarmory.com. Any order implies the prior and unreserved acceptance of the present terms and conditions.
3. Products
The products offered for sale on the site include :
- Equipment for sports and leisure activities.
- Costume jewelry, leather goods, cosmetics and other accessories.
- Cosplay and collectible equipment (costumes, swords, etc.).
Each product is accompanied by a detailed description of its main characteristics, price including VAT and any options.
4. Awards
- Product prices are displayed in euros (€), inclusive of all taxes.
- Delivery charges are added to the product price when the order is finalized.
- ADEGAN'S ARMORY reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but undertakes to apply the rate in force at the time of the order.
5. Control
5.1 Creating an account
The user must create an account on the site to place an order, providing accurate and up-to-date information.
5.2 Ordering process
- Select products and add to basket.
- Validation of the basket and acceptance of the terms and conditions.
- Enter delivery and billing details.
- Secure payment by any of our payment methods.
- Order confirmation by email.
5.3 Availability
Products are offered while stocks last and to order. In case of unavailability after placing an order, ADEGAN'S ARMORY will contact the buyer to propose a refund or a substitute product.
5.4 Customized outfits
Adegan's Armory makes your suits to order according to your measurements. Don't hesitate to contact us at hellothere@adegansarmory.com for help if you're not sure of your measurements.
As stipulated by French law, we are not obliged to take back your costumes as they are made-to-measure. The right of retraction does not apply in this case. In the event of incorrect measurements, Adegan's Armory will not take back the suit and cannot be held responsible for the error. In the event of alterations, you will be responsible for the cost of return and alterations. It is quite possible that an adjustment may be necessary, and we invite you to contact a local alteration specialist.
Adegan's Armory will gladly try to guide you on the most harmonious color matches, but cannot be held responsible in case of a lapse of taste. A refund is not possible in this case. In the event of a proven defect (wrong size, stitching fault, color error), Adegan's Armory undertakes to cover the cost of returning the product and rectifying it so that it conforms to the order.
6. Payment

Online payments are secured by Banque Populaire. Bank details are never stored on our site.
7. Delivery
7.1 Delivery zones
Deliveries are made to Metropolitan France, European Union countries, Switzerland, UK and USA. On request, we can consider other delivery locations.
7.2 Deadlines
The delivery times indicated on the site are estimates only. In case of delay, the customer will be informed as soon as possible.
7.3 Delivery charges
Delivery charges are calculated according to product weight and destination.
8. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with the provisions of articles L. 221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the customer has 14 calendar days from receipt of the products to exercise his right of withdrawal.
8.1 Return conditions
- Products must be returned in their original, unused condition and in their original packaging.
- Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense.
8.2 Refunds
Refunds will be made within 14 days of receipt of the returned products.
9. Warranty and liability
9.1 Legal warranty
Products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L. 217-4 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code).
9.2 Limitation of liability
ADEGAN'S ARMORY cannot be held responsible for the non-performance or improper performance of the contract in the event of force majeure or fault attributable to the customer.

12. Applicable law and disputes
These terms and conditions are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties shall endeavor to find an amicable solution. Failing this, the competent courts will be those within the jurisdiction of the company's registered office.
