2. Purpose of the Terms and Conditions
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) govern the contractual relationship between ADEGAN'S ARMORY and any user making a purchase on the website www.adegansarmory.com. Any order implies prior and unreserved acceptance of these GTCS.
3. Products
The products offered for sale on the site include:
- Equipment for sports and leisure activities.
- Fashion jewelry, leather goods, cosmetics and other accessories.
- Cosplay and collection equipment (costumes, sabers, etc.).
Each product is accompanied by a detailed description mentioning its main characteristics, the price including VAT, and any options.
4. Price
- The prices of the products are displayed in euros (€), all taxes included (TTC).
- Delivery costs are added to the price of the products when finalizing the order.
- ADEGAN'S ARMORY reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but undertakes to apply the rate in effect at the time of the order.
5. Order
5.1 Creating an account
The user must create an account on the site to place an order, providing accurate and up-to-date information.
5.2 Order process
- Selection of products and addition to the basket.
- Validation of the basket and acceptance of the GTCS.
- Entry of delivery and billing details.
- Secure payment via the proposed methods.
- Order confirmation by email.
5.3 Availability
Products are offered within the limits of available stocks and on order. In the event of unavailability after placing an order, ADEGAN'S ARMORY will contact the buyer to offer a refund or a substitute product.
5.4 Custom Outfits
Adegan's Armory makes your costumes to order according to your measurements, so-called "custom-made". Don't hesitate to contact us by email: hellothere@adegansarmory.com for help if you are not sure of your measurements.
As stipulated by French law, we are under no obligation to take back your costumes because they are custom-made. The right of withdrawal does not apply in this specific case. If it turns out that the measurements are incorrect, Adegan's Armory will not take back the costume and cannot be held responsible for the error. In the event of alterations, the return and modification costs are your responsibility. It is entirely possible that an adjustment may be necessary and we invite you to contact a local tailor.
Adegan's Armory will gladly try to guide you on the most harmonious color combinations but cannot be held responsible in the event of poor taste. A refund is not possible in this case. In the event of a proven defect (size fault, sewing defect, color error), Adegan's Armory undertakes to cover the cost of returning the product and rectifying it so that it complies with the order.
6. Payment
6.1 Accepted payment methods
- Bank card (Visa, MasterCard, etc.).
- Payment via secure platforms (e.g. PayPal).
- Wire transfers
6.2 Security
Online payments are secured by Banque Populaire. Bank details are never stored on our site.
7. Delivery
7.1 Delivery zones
Deliveries are made in mainland France, in European Union countries, in Switzerland, UK and USA. On request, we can study other delivery locations.
7.2 Timescales
The delivery times indicated on the site are estimates. In the event of a delay, the customer will be informed as soon as possible.
7.3 Delivery costs
Delivery costs are calculated according to the weight of the products and the destination.
8. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with the provisions of articles L. 221-18 et seq. of the Consumer Code, the customer has 14 calendar days to exercise their right of withdrawal from receipt of the products.
8.1 Return conditions
- Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.
- Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
8.2 Refund
The refund will be made within 14 days of receipt of the returned products.
9. Warranty and liability
9.1 Legal warranty
The products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L. 217-4 and following of the Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 and following of the Civil Code).
9.2 Limitation of liability
ADEGAN'S ARMORY cannot be held responsible for the non-execution or poor execution of the contract in the event of force majeure or fault attributable to the customer.

All content on the site (text, images, logos, etc.) is protected by copyright and remains the exclusive property of ADEGAN'S ARMORY.
12. Applicable law and disputes
These Terms are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties will endeavor to find an amicable solution. Failing that, the competent courts will be those of the jurisdiction of the company's registered office.
